Job Description:

SFE, a Startup in the shipping industry, is looking for a Pythonist to develop a marketplace complimented with econometric tools; he will work with expert shipping economists in order to develop economic models into an end-to-end framework that will include data acquisition, mapping, segmentation tools, and a model implementation framework. Additionally, the candidate will develop an agile process for deploying and releasing software.

Requirements

• Exceptional Python experience; knowledge of programming in data analysis and econometrics spaces will be considered an asset,
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Web Crawling,
• Experienced with Pandas, No/SQL, SQL Databases,
• Front end development (HTML, CSS),
• Relevant contributions to open source projects are a plus.
