Restaurant Growth Partners (RGP), a new Team Europe Ventures startup, is looking for some awesome new talent to come join us. You'll be working in an amazing team with tons of benefits and perks.

We have a great office: Everyone here rocks the hardware of their choice. The office space is integrated into a large office floor housing our sister company. The idea is to have an open concept workspace where we can all work together.

The Environment: We want you to be able to produce your best work here at RGP. You can wear whatever clothing you like, start work late in the morning, and beers on the team are a regular Friday feature. The office is also located in the trendy Berlin Mitte area so there are lots of cool places to eat and play after work.

Who we're looking for: RGP is looking for candidates that function well in an open concept workspace and can collaborate with other designers, developers and marketers to produce amazing new features for RGP and push the limits of online marketplace technology. We want passionate, hard working, talented individuals that want to surpass their current skill set. We are specifically looking for an architect/engineer who could also fill the role of CTO (interim also possible), Senior Engineers, Engineers and QA/Release Managers.

Skills & Qualifications: • Python + Django: We are using Python + Django in the backend. Experience with a comparable web MVC framework is okay, but experience with Python and willingness to learn Django is essential. • Expert knowledge in JavaScript (OOP, AJAX & DOM): a lot of our website’s experience comes to life with client-side Javascript, so extensive experience is a must-have. • (x)HTML & CSS skills. A good sense of web UI design and the ability to implement it across the various browsers is key. • Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely over Skype/Email and Version • Control Systems (such as Git). • 2+ years working on professional web application projects and production experience. • Fluent/advanced English is required. German is a plus! Preferences: • Deep Unix or Linux knowledge. • Experience with Agile Programming methods and/or XP. • Degree in computer science or similar.
