Start up company is seeking to employ an all around developer with professional experience in .NET, C# and Python application development (web and\or desktop) for a full time job in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, designing, developing & supporting innovative solutions (backend engines / frontend user interfaces/ web services)
• Maintaining existing technology solutions
• Working on pioneering projects from initial design through to production
• Keeping apprised of technology changes, advancements, trends and enhancements
• Suggesting & executing technical or procedural improvements & introducing new concepts & ideas.
• Training the less experienced team members
• Producing documentation & and testing frameworks

Qualifications Required:

• Very good knowledge and proven experience in Linux Server Administration (LAMP)
• Extensive experience in .NET
• Fluency in C#, Python & Javascript
• Strong experience with relational database systems such as MySQL & MSSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English

Other Desirable Skills:

• Hands on experience in HTML5, XML, CSS
• Experience with PHP
• Superb communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
• Understanding of multiple MVC frameworks, including Django and ASP.MVC
• Understanding ORMs
• Familiarity with DevExpress tools
